Case Worker
This is a contracted position for TTL, Inc., providing educational services to families throughout West Virginia. This is an SNS service provided in collaboration with MDT’s, courts, and area agencies. Prior experience with DHS and courts preferred.
Duties – Coordination of case services – Case aide is responsible for supervised visitation, attendance at MDT’s and court, basic life skill services, and providing emergency respite to children and youth in crisis.
Treatment Planning/Goal Setting – Case aide is responsible for overseeing supervised visitations, monitoring parental and familial interactions. They document and provide feedback to assist clinicians in treatment determinations. Case aides will work with the client/family in collaboration with the MDT team members.
Resource/Linkage; Case aide will work with families to transport them to community resources based on identified needs. In the event of a medical or psychiatric emergency, staff will follow the protocols of the courts, DHS, & T.T.L, Inc.
Education/Health promotion and prevention – Case aide will provide education in: Adult Skill Building, Community Care Connection, tutoring, mentoring, and respite. Case aides will coordinate with SSF in providing weekly reports to DHS. Case aides will ensure professional documentation of service provision meeting SNS and KEPRO guidelines.
Work Schedule: M-Sat. Hours are flexible. Case aides may set their schedule on an individual basis, dependent upon the client and clinician’s schedule. Remote: This position requires the applicant to be able to work out in the community and from home.
Travel: Required 25-50% – Reimbursement is provided at the approved TTL, Inc. rate and policy
Requirements: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this job.
Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
High School Diploma/GED
Subject to background/security investigation.
Selected applicants will be required to complete an onboarding process
Strong Clinical knowledge, Professional manners, and documentation skills
Experience:
1 year in mental health services
Pay is competitive and allowance for experience is weighed as well
